COASTAL RESEARCH was established in 1996 as an independent consultancy in marine environmental science.
Activities focus mainly upon physical processes of rivers, estuaries, coastal waters and shelf seas. These include sediment and pollutant transport by tides, waves and their meteorological interactions; impacts on littoral geology; analysis of sediments. Other activities that arise from these specialist areas are forensic and insurance investigations, image analysis and mapping software.
